Annual Impact Report 2024-2025

A Message from the Associate Dean & Senior Director of the CDO

The Career Development Office’s 2024-2025 Annual Impact Report outlines our programming initiatives and how we empower students and alumni. We take pride in our impact through collaborations with staff, faculty, and families, showcasing our commitment to providing innovative career support to our Sagehens.

From July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, our office held 2,216 advising appointments/dropins and 113 unique career events. Programming included an internship information session with The Smithsonian Institution, Technical Résumé Writing Tips from Roblox, and Café CDO events connecting recruiters with students.

Through the Pomona College Internship Program (PCIP), our office supported students’ experiential learning by awarding stipends for 111 in-person, hybrid, and remote internships. Through intentional curricula, students were able to gain hands-on experience in a variety of industries while receiving support in their career development. Thank you for supporting us as we celebrate another successful year of providing meaningful and transformative services to students and alumni.
