RLCIE Fellows Program Info Session #3 (Fall 26)

The RLCIE helps prepare thoughtful, productive business leaders and innovators. Through experiential learning, mentoring, networking, and workshops led by entrepreneurs, alumni, and investors, Fellows gain real-world startup skills.The program is open to all 5C undergraduates and majors, with a focus on first- and second-year students. No coding, tech, or entrepreneurial experience is required.Rather than interviewing applicants, students earn their way into the Fellows Program by completing the RLCIE Innovation Sprint.Innovation SprintBuild a startup in nine days – again, no experience or technical skills are required. Teams of 3–5 develop a product or business idea through readings, expert-led sessions, and hands-on company-building.

Problem — Fri., Sept. 18, 4–7 p.m.: Validate a problem, create customer personas, and develop interview guides.

Solution — Sat., Sept. 19, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.: Generate ideas with SCAMPER, choose one, and create an AI-assisted prototype.

Business — Fri., Sept. 25, 4–7 p.m.: Define a business model and pricing, plan go-to-market, and build a pitch deck.

Pitch Competition — Sat., Sept. 26, 9 a.m.–noon: Pitch to mentors and alumni, compete for cash prizes, and unlock RLCIE program access.
