Naomi joined Pomona in July 2026 after nearly a decade in higher education career services, including roles at Loyola Marymount University and CSU Fullerton. She partners with employers across the Claremont Colleges to expand internship and job opportunities for students.

Elizabeth manages the Pomona College Internship Program (PCIP) and advises students throughout their career development journey. She has previously served in career services at CSU San Bernardino and in academic departments at Pomona College.

Cristina joined Pomona College in April 2025 and supports the operations and data infrastructure of the Career Development Office. She previously served as Event Coordinator for the Career Center at CSU San Bernardino.

Andee joined the CDO in August 2025 as a Graduate Assistant, where she supports the creation, facilitation, and execution of employer events. She is currently in her second year of Cal State Long Beach’s Student Development in Higher Education Master’s program.
