Organization of American States Academic Scholars (Graduate)

Funds up to two years of graduate study in any OAS member state (with the exception of the applicant’s sponsoring country). Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in hand, so alumni only may apply. Citizenship requirements are unclear; citizens of another OAS member state may be eligible to apply through their country of citizenship.
