Recruiting and Branding Options

Pomona College Students meet with a representative from Mercer during the Spring 2023 Consulting Meet-Up

Host a Virtual or In-Person Event/Info Session
Host an in-person or virtual event to engage students by providing industry insights and expanding their knowledge on your employer. Examples: Industry or skill-based workshop, resume review, industry panel, general info session, mock interviews, etc.

Host an In-Person Meet & Greet
Host an in-person tabling event or coffee chat to provide brand exposure and promote your employer’s opportunities. Examples: skill-based coffee chats, resume review tabling, etc.

Schedule On-Campus Interviews or Office Hours
Facilitate office hours or interviews on-site to meet students on a one-on-one basis.

Engage with the CDO Employer Relations Team
Unsure of where to start with your recruitment or branding efforts? Or have a creative event idea? Schedule a time to meet with a staff member from the Employer Relations team to chat.
